1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items (earrings, makeup, etc.)
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support with your order number
- Receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item back to us
- Once received, we'll inspect and process your refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange instructions.
